Pricing that reflects access
to proprietary intelligence.
Not generic advisory. Not commodity research.
Every engagement structure below provides access to GridMind's proprietary intelligence systems — SiteScore™, PowerMap™, the corridor database, and the predictive demand models that power Meridian's advisory platform. What you are paying for is structured intelligence that does not exist in the public market, applied by advisors who have built the systems behind it.
Standalone intelligence access.
No advisory engagement required.
GridMind's intelligence products are available for direct purchase — calibrated for institutions that need structured data to support an internal decision, validate an assumption, or initiate diligence before committing to an advisory engagement.

Transaction-aligned structure
for situations where fixed fees are the wrong instrument.
Meridian accepts a limited number of success-fee engagements per year — where the client's situation, timeline, and transaction profile make a performance-based structure more appropriate than fixed advisory fees. All success fee engagements begin with a fit assessment call and require a preliminary advisory agreement before Meridian commences work.
Minimum fee: $25,000 applies to all success fee engagements regardless of transaction size. A preliminary advisory agreement is required. Meridian does not accept success fee mandates from parties simultaneously engaged with conflicting counterparties in the same transaction. GridMind intelligence products are included in the engagement fee on applicable transactions.
Before you engage.
The Top 50 report provides the full national site ranking, all SiteScore data, corridor maps, and demand signal flags — everything needed to understand the market and shortlist opportunities. Advisory engagements provide the interpretation, counterparty access, sequencing strategy, and mandate execution that convert the data into institutional action. The report is the data layer. Advisory is the application of that data to your specific situation.
Yes, and this is the most common path. Many clients purchase the Top 50 report first, use it to identify their priority corridors and sites, and then engage Meridian for a Site Readiness Mandate or Strategic Retainer once they have a specific mandate to pursue. The $3,500 report cost is credited against the first month of a retainer engagement initiated within 90 days of report purchase.
All retainers have a 3-month minimum commitment billed monthly in advance. After the minimum period, retainers continue on a month-to-month basis with 30-day written notice for termination. Mid-month terminations are not pro-rated. Retainer scope can be adjusted at any monthly renewal date by mutual agreement.
All engagement details, fees, and deliverable content are confidential between Meridian and the client under a standard advisory engagement agreement. Pricing shown here reflects standard structures. Mandates with unusual complexity, multi-corridor scope, or significant transaction exposure may warrant custom structures — discuss the specifics on an initial briefing call and Meridian will respond with a tailored proposal.
The right starting point depends on your mandate. Let's find it.
Every engagement begins with a briefing call — no fee, no commitment. Meridian will tell you directly whether the Top 50 report, a site mandate, or a retainer is the right structure for your situation, and what it would look like in practice.
